The Village of Palm Springs Land Development Application For Business Tax must be completed in full and submitted with the required documentation and returned to our office. If you fail to accomplish the mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.

To obtain a Business Tax you will need to provide a copy of all the following documents:

1. Palm beach county license

2. State certification or registration (if applicable)

3. Certificate of liability & workman’s comp insurance (if contractor)

The property on which your business is located must be zoned appropriately for the use proposed and approved by this department.

Any structural or interior modifications may require prior approval from Land Development.

The Village of Palm Springs Fire Marshal will be provided a copy of your Business Tax application. Please contact Fire Rescue (561-968-8243) to determine if your business needs to provide additional safety features.
