I currently have well water, my neighbors have city water. What do I need to hook up to city water?
Call us with your address and know the front footage of the property (this can be found on your property survey). Generally, the cost for a single family home with 100' front footage will cost you $3,645.00 ($2,145.00 plus $15.00 per foot) The homeowner is responsible for the hookup from the water meter to the house. If water is available to your address, we can have a water meter installed for you within one (1) to two (2) weeks. Please note that the above fees quoted do increase every October 1st.

Hookup to city water is expensive, do I have to come up with all the money at once?
The Village has a financing plan available to residential homeowners. You may make monthly payments for 5 or 10 years at an interest rate of 10%. There is a $75.00 filing and title search fee plus a 10% down payment is required.

Financing with the Village also requires you to provide us with a copy of your property deed or title insurance, property survey, Palm Beach County Tax bill and proper ID. ALL owners of the property must come into the office and sign a "Property Owner Agreement for Special Assessment for Utilities Services, Installment Payment and Lien, and for Voluntary Annexation". If you do not finance, all you need is your property survey and proper ID.
